Pisiffik is looking for experienced butchers who want to bring their professionalism into play in Greenland and take responsibility for a daily life with good craftsmanship, high quality, and strong customer experiences.

We are looking for our butcher departments across the larger cities where Pisiffik is present. You will have the opportunity to leave your mark on the department, lead the daily work, and combine new professional challenges with experiences in Greenland.

Your most important responsibilities:

• Cut, process, and prepare meat with a focus on good craftsmanship and high quality
• Ensure an inviting display and presentation of the department's products
• Provide customers with a good experience through service and advice on products and preparation
• Take responsibility for planning and coordinating the department's daily tasks
• Share your professional knowledge, guide colleagues, and contribute to good collaboration
• Ensure good hygiene, food safety, and self-control

We are looking for a profile that:

• Is a trained butcher and has solid experience in the field
• Is proud of their craftsmanship and is passionate about quality and good customer experiences
• Works independently, takes initiative, and maintains an overview in a busy everyday life
• Is willing to take responsibility and lead the daily work
• Has experience in coordinating tasks and guiding colleagues – or is ready to develop in that direction
• Contributes with engagement, good humor, and respect for their colleagues
