Pisiffik is looking for a Restaurant and Production Director, who will lead the development and operation of our restaurant, café, and production business.

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our concepts within Burger King, Sunset Boulevard, and a new café concept, as well as for the strategic development of our central bakery, butcher shops, delicacies, and production.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the restaurants Burger King and Sunset Boulevard, as well as a new café concept with a focus on growth, strong customer experiences, and healthy and efficient operations
• Drive and further develop Pisiffik's central bakery, butcheries, and delicacies – with a focus on quality, assortment, and efficient production
• Build your own production areas and translate new opportunities into concrete, profitable activities within the area
• Ensure high quality, efficient operations, and strong profitability through continuous optimization of processes, costs, and workflows
• Develop new products, concepts, and business opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, costs, and workflows
• Actively contribute to Pisiffik's strategic development as a member of the management team and help set the direction for the company's continued growth and development

We are looking for a profile that:

• Has experience in Restaurant, Café, and Production
• Has strong commercial skills, understands the market and customers, and can document results in growth, profitability, and business development
• Is both strategically minded and action-oriented and has the ability to translate visions and ambitions into concrete results
• Is passionate about quality and development and is motivated by developing leaders and employees as well as ensuring high quality in deliveries
• Is entrepreneurial, curious, and action-oriented and is motivated by creating something new, identifying opportunities, and developing both the business area and the organization
