At Pisiffik, we are looking for an engaged assistant manager who, in close collaboration with the sales manager, will ensure a well-functioning daily operation, strengthen sales, and motivate employees.

You will be an important sparring partner for the sales manager and have a varied everyday life close to the employees and customers. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, maintains an overview, and leads by good example.

Your primary tasks:

In collaboration with the sales manager, you will help to:

• Plan and prioritize the daily operations across food and non-food.
• Follow up on sales and key figures and translate them into concrete improvements.
• Delegate tasks and motivate employees through clear communication and follow-up.
• Ensure good customer service, product availability, and an inviting product presentation.
• Implement campaigns and follow up on the results.
• Take on the role of deputy in the absence of the sales manager within the agreed area of responsibility.

• Have experience from retail, preferably in both food and non-food.
