Najugaqarfik Elisebannguaq is looking for a consultant for office and administration with a focus on accounting, IT support, and secretarial tasks. The position is desired to be filled by November 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Najugaqarfik Elisebannguaq is a residential institution with space for 16. The target group is disabled individuals from all over Greenland.
The consultant's primary tasks for the institution:
• Management of the institution's accounting functions in collaboration with management, including budgeting and budget follow-up
• Reporting of employees' bi-weekly and monthly salaries
• Follow-up on residents' finances
• Travel expense reporting system Acubiz
• Form portal/Recommendation for hiring/termination
• Management of daily operations and maintenance of IT networks, IT software, as well as support tasks for the institution's staff and residents
• Distribution of incoming mail and management of the institution's telephone switchboard
• Archiving tasks
• Ad hoc tasks
• Occasional secretarial tasks for management.
The consultant reports to the principal/deputy principal
We expect that you:
• Have good collaboration skills in relation to colleagues, residents, and external partners
• Have experience from similar work
• Are an experienced PC user and proficient in both Iris /Management info, Word, and Excel
• Have a solid overview, are service-minded, and are good at working independently.
• Are good at expressing yourself in writing

Employment conditions:
Salary - and employment conditions, including the right to travel expenses for hiring and termination and relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
A staff housing is associated with the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Government, the housing can be retained in the new position.
