Brugseni Ilulissat is looking for a sales manager for non-food.
We are looking for a skilled sales manager for our beautiful and well-run store in Ilulissat.
As the sales manager for nonfood at Brugseni Ilulissat, you will have the primary responsibility for a sales-ready department every day. The nonfood department consists of textiles, health & beauty, housewares, and electronics. You will have leadership responsibility for about 4-5 employees and it will be your task to motivate the team to provide the best service to our customers. It is important that you are happy and outgoing and have experience in serving customers, as much of your day-to-day will take place in the store.
You will have a varied workday with many different challenges that require a good ability to plan and delegate tasks. We are looking for someone who can keep a cool head in a busy workday and who can handle many balls in the air at once.

- Personnel management
- Preparation and approval of work schedules
- Responsibility for a sales-ready department including seasonal changes
- Allocation
- Customer service
- Be an active part of the store's management team
Your profile
- Store-trained or at least 3 years of experience
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Service-minded and independent
- Good at collaboration
- Good at planning and delegation
- Follows tasks through to completion
