Experienced Chef wanted
We are looking for trained, experienced chefs for our restaurant at Hotel Hvide Falk in Ilulissat. As a chef with us, you will be part of a restaurant team that is passionate about creating cozy settings and great dining experiences for our guests. We work together and value a healthy work environment highly. We work with Greenlandic ingredients from the sea and the mountains, and wish to present them in a way that puts the ingredient in focus. We take pride in making things from scratch, whether it is for the breakfast buffet, the food on our guided tours, or à la carte in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner service, preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, cleaning in the kitchen, dishwashing, storage, freezers, etc.
