Service leader for Brøndum's department in Kangerlussuaq

Do you have a plumbing professional background, and can you contribute to an efficient daily operation of our service department with a clear overview? Then you might be our future colleague in our department in Kangerlussuaq. Here we are looking for a working service manager who can help operate and develop the department.

In Brøndum's department in Kangerlussuaq, we are 3-4 employees. We service both private customers as well as public institutions and private companies in plumbing, ventilation, and oil heating. Some of our customers include the city's airport and their buildings.

We are busy, and therefore we are looking for a service manager who can both execute plumbing projects and help ensure the department's continued development.

As a working service manager, your most important tasks include:

Coordination and management of service tasks and plumbing projects

• Execution of your own service tasks and projects

• Maintenance and development of customer relationships

• Quality assurance according to the company's quality system

• Collaboration with the plumbing installers

• Calculation of smaller offers and additional work

You will have close cooperation with our department in Sisimiut as well as the department head in Sisimiut, to whom you will also report.

Your qualifications You have a plumbing professional education and preferably knowledge of or experience with oil heating. You have management experience and possibly an advanced qualification as a plumbing installer. The latter is not a requirement.

As a person, you are approachable and positive, and you communicate constructively at all levels. With a great overview, you are able to plan and coordinate your own and the team's tasks in a way that ensures we always meet our agreements with our customers.

Kangerlussuaq, with its approximately 500 inhabitants, is a vibrant and active town/village with shops, a school, and institutions, sports halls, a hotel, and conference facilities. There is a lot of activity among tourist operators, who organize trips to the inland ice.

Although Kangerlussuaq may seem far away, you are still close to the airport with 4 – 7 weekly departures between Kastrup and Kangerlussuaq, depending on the season, as well as easy access to the rest of Greenland.
