At TAMU, we work for one thing: to give young people a new and realistic starting point into working life. We are a practical, job-oriented labor market education for 18-30-year-olds who are outside of work and education – often because life has presented challenges that require more than “just” a classroom and theory.

Our everyday life is built around real work tasks and a strong community. The students learn by doing – in environments that resemble a regular workplace – and they train both professionalism, attendance stability, responsibility, and collaboration. This means that we as colleagues are close to the students' development, and that we get to see small steps turn into big changes.
