At Siu-Tsiu, we work to ensure that more young people in Greenland have a real path into work communities, education, and a life with colleagues around them. We are a Greenlandic social economy enterprise, where we balance a healthy operation with a clear social purpose: to create inclusive jobs and strong everyday frameworks that make it possible to succeed – even when the path has not been straight.

In practice, we run social enterprises and programs that provide both professional training and a safe structure in everyday life. We solve concrete tasks and deliver services – while also bridging to regular workplaces and education. Our work is based on the local context, and we collaborate closely with both municipalities and other actors to create solutions that can stand on their own and make a lasting difference.
