At SIK, we work every day to ensure that employees in Greenland are stronger – both at work and in life outside of it. We are a trade union, and our core task is to ensure decent salary and employment conditions through agreements, advice, and a strong community where no one stands alone with difficult questions.

What we are proud of is the very concrete difference we can make: When an employee needs help understanding their rights, when a union representative needs support in dialogue at the workplace, or when solutions need to be negotiated that create security and fairness. We work closely with our local branches and are in ongoing contact with members across the country.
