At the Office of the Governor in Greenland, we work at the intersection of Greenland and Denmark – and close to the societal issues that matter in everyday life. We are part of the Prime Minister's area and play an important role in the realm of the Kingdom, where we are both an authority and a partner for citizens, institutions, and public actors.

Our tasks are broad and often both legal and administrative: We contribute, among other things, with case processing in selected areas, support democratic processes, and help things function when there is a need for coordination and communication across. We work in an everyday life where precision, decency, and responsibility are a natural part of the culture.
