At Qanilaarfik, we work every day to create a safe and vibrant gathering place in the heart of Nuuk. We are the activity center associated with the nursing home Utoqqaat Illuat, and here, everyday life is about providing people with good experiences, presence, and community – whether they come as retirees, have a disability, or live in the nursing home.

We plan and carry out activities that stimulate, train, and inspire. This can be anything from maintenance training and group movement to creative and social activities, where laughter, conversations, and relationships are allowed to flourish. The most important thing for us is that the activities are created in collaboration with the users, so they fit their needs and wishes.
