At Pakkutaq, we work to create a safe, stable, and caring everyday life for children and young people who need extra support. We are an independent residential institution in Maniitsoq, where relationships, predictability, and presence are the foundation for everything we do.

Our work is about more than the framework of a home – it is about building trust, strengthening self-esteem, and giving the children good experiences with community, adults who care, and everyday life that makes sense. In practice, this means pedagogical work close to the children in both everyday situations, activities, and the small moments where development often occurs.
