Paarsisoq

At Paarsisoq, we are an integrated daycare institution in Nuuk, where everyday life is filled with play, learning, and presence – and where we work purposefully to create safe environments that encourage children to explore the world and believe in their own abilities.

We believe that the best days are created together. Therefore, we place great emphasis on close collaboration between colleagues and with parents, where open dialogue, mutual trust, and clear adults make a noticeable difference for the children's well-being.

In our pedagogical work, we focus on movement and outdoor life, a healthy and developing environment, as well as a positive approach in everyday life. This means that we actively use nature and outdoor activities, and that we work with good routines that provide calm and structure – while also allowing space for curiosity and the children's own initiatives.

As a workplace, Paarsisoq is a place where one becomes part of a team that lifts together. We help each other, share knowledge, and take responsibility – because we know that the quality of our work is directly felt in the children's everyday lives.
