About the company
At Nunatta Katersugaasivia Allagaateqarfialu (Greenland's National Museum & Archives), we work every day to preserve, understand, and communicate Greenland's cultural heritage – both the one you can experience in our exhibitions and the one hidden in the archives' stories and documents.
We are a place where the past and present meet in practice: the museum takes care of collections, exhibitions, and cultural historical communication, while the archive ensures that important archival materials are collected, registered, cared for, and made available for research, authorities, and anyone curious about Greenland's history.
As a workplace, we are driven by professionalism, responsibility, and collaboration. Here we tackle tasks across boundaries – from preservation and documentation to education and audience-oriented activities – and we emphasize care, quality, and respect for the stories and objects we manage.
Whether you are passionate about communication, collection work, archive management, research, or service to visitors and users, you will become part of an environment where the work makes clear sense: to ensure that Greenland's cultural heritage continues to live on and can be shared with future generations.
