Nunatta Isiginnaartitsisarfia

At Nunatta Isiginnaartitsisarfia, we create performing arts that are based on Greenland – in the language, the stories, and the themes that matter in our society. We are Greenland's national theater, and our everyday life is about making theater alive and relevant for the audience, both when we perform at home and when we are out meeting people in other parts of the country.

We work closely together across disciplines: artistic forces, production, communication, and administration. There is room for ideas, and we emphasize lifting the tasks as a team – from the first sketches to the final performance, where the audience leaves with something to think about.

An important part of our identity is also education: We are involved in developing new Greenlandic performing artists and strengthening the environment around theater in Greenland. This means that there is often energy, learning, and professional sparring in the house – and that as an employee, you feel that you contribute to something that reaches beyond the individual production.

If you thrive in a creative environment with high engagement, changing tasks, and a clear cultural mission, then Nunatta Isiginnaartitsisarfia is a place where you can help create experiences that bring people together – and give Greenlandic stories a strong stage.
