Nunatta Isiginnaartitsinermik Ilinniarfia

At Nunatta Theatre School, we are part of Greenland's National Theatre, Nunatta Theatre – and it is felt in everyday life. We work closely with the performing arts, where passion, professionalism, and community go hand in hand, and where we contribute every day to developing and strengthening Greenlandic storytelling.

Our education aims to shape independent, creative, and performing artists. This means that we work with both the theoretical foundation and the practical, craft training – always with an eye on the whole: the artist, the person, and the audience experience.

As a workplace, we are a place where collaboration and responsibility are crucial. You will be close to both teaching, productions, and the many people who make the theatre and the school come alive – from students and artistic forces to administration and planning. Here, the pace and tasks are varied, and there is room for ideas and initiative.

What binds us together is the belief that the performing arts can make a difference: create conversations, reflect society, and give voice to our cultural heritage and present. If you thrive in a daily life with meaning, presence, and high ambitions – then you will likely feel at home with us.
