Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat

At Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat (NPK) we work for educators and the educational profession in Greenland. We are a trade union where everyday life is about standing by our members – both when negotiating terms and when questions arise in working life that require support, overview, and a steady hand at the back.

Our work ranges from member services and advice to advocacy and collaboration with other actors in society. As a workplace, we are close to the reality in day care institutions and educational offerings, and we emphasize that what we do should be felt in practice by those who work every day with children, young people, and people in development.

At NPK, you become part of a smaller office where people help each other, and where the tasks are often varied. We are in development, which allows for responsibility, learning, and influence – whether you work with administration, communication, or direct contact with members.

The most important things for us are community, decency, and respect. We believe that strong professional communities create better workplaces – and that good service and clear communication make a real difference for our members.
