About the company
At KNR (Greenland's Radio) we work with some of the most meaningful things you can be part of in Greenland: keeping the population updated, informed, and connected – every single day. We are Greenland's public service radio and TV station, and our content ranges from news and society to culture, entertainment, and art.
Everyday life with us is characterized by pace, curiosity, and responsibility. Whether you work with editorial, production, technology, digital content, or administration, you are close to a core task that matters to many people. We broadcast nationwide TV on KNR1 (and KNR2 when there are simultaneous broadcasts), and the radio runs nearly around the clock – and of course, we are also strongly present online.
What characterizes us as a workplace is the collaboration across: journalists, photographers, producers, hosts, technicians, and office staff make things succeed together. We are proud to convey stories from all over the country and create programs that both engage and unite – in kalaallisut and Danish.
If you thrive in an environment where quality, credibility, and development go hand in hand, and where your efforts can be seen and felt in the community, then KNR is a place where you can grow – both professionally and personally.
