At Iserit A/S, we work with something fundamental for everyday life in Greenland: safe and well-functioning housing. We are responsible for the rental, operation, and administration of public rental housing – and we are close to both residents, partners, and the local community on a daily basis.

We are a workplace where service and integrity matter. This applies in our contact with residents when we assist with everything from practical questions to operation and maintenance – and it applies internally, where we emphasize a good working environment, professional pride, and room for development.

We are around 35 colleagues, spread across several locations in the country, and everyday life is characterized by collaboration across – both between administration, operations, and technical functions. Here, it is necessary to take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and at the same time have an eye for people and solutions.
