About the company
At INI, we work every day to ensure that it is safe and well-functioning to rent in Greenland – and in Ilulissat, we are part of that effort very close to the citizens. We are the link between the property owners (the Self-Government and the municipalities) and the tenants, and our task is to make everyday life work from moving in to ongoing operations.
In practice, this means that we assist with property administration such as rent collection, waiting lists, budgets, and accounts – and that we plan and follow up on maintenance so that the homes are properly cared for over time. At the same time, we have colleagues in property services who take care of practical tasks when snow needs to be cleared, minor repairs need to be made, or good cleaning around the buildings needs to be ensured.
We are a Greenlandic company with a strong local anchorage, and we emphasize decency in our interactions with people. Our values are about respect, commitment, professionalism, and responsibility – and they are felt in the collaboration both internally and in contact with residents and partners.
As a workplace, we are proud of an environment where professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand, and where there is room to develop in the job. We have many different types of positions under the same roof, but what we have in common is that we solve tasks that matter for people's everyday lives – and that we do it best when we help each other.
