GUX Qaqortoq

At GUX Qaqortoq, we are part of Campus Kujalleq – a vibrant educational environment in South Greenland, where we work every day to provide young people with a strong academic foundation and the courage to take the next step in life. Here you will meet a school where closeness, safety, and responsibility go hand in hand with high ambitions and a clear expectation that we lift together.

We offer a gymnasium education that prepares students for higher education, and we have several different study programs, so students can choose a direction that fits their interests – from natural sciences and languages to humanities, health, as well as business and economics. This means that everyday life with us is characterized by academic variation and an environment where both immersion and curiosity have space.

As a workplace, we are proud of a close collaboration between teachers, administration, and the rest of the house. We are a school where the relationship with the students means a lot, and where the pedagogical work is best when we know each other and dare to discuss openly about teaching, well-being, and development. We emphasize a proper tone and a community where everyone should be able to participate.

If you thrive in an environment with clear meaning, strong local anchoring, and a daily life where you can see the effect of your work up close, then GUX Qaqortoq is a place where you can make a real difference – both academically and personally.
