About the company
At the Department of Housing, Infrastructure and Outlying Districts, we work with some of the most socially significant tasks in Greenland – very close to the political decision-making process. Our everyday work is about creating the framework for good housing, well-functioning infrastructure, and strong opportunities in both cities, towns, and outlying districts.
We are part of Naalakkersuisut (Greenland's Self-Government) and are responsible for the overall administration, planning, and management in areas such as housing and real estate, the central client role, building authority, and infrastructure. This means that our work spans widely: from legislation and political servicing to coordination, development tasks, and support for large projects that can be felt throughout the country.
As a workplace, we are characterized by high professionalism, responsibility, and close collaboration across competencies. We tackle tasks together – and you will have the opportunity to bring your skills into play in an environment where quality, integrity, and commitment are a natural part of the culture.
Whether you work with administration, finance, law, planning, or project tasks, you will become part of an organization where the work has a clear purpose: to translate political goals into concrete solutions that make a difference for citizens and society in Greenland.
