At CAD Company, we work with what we do best: finding and matching technical profiles to companies in the construction and industrial sectors. We help both clients and candidates land the right match – whether the need is for a permanent position, a temporary or interim solution, or a Try & Hire process.

Our roots go back to a technical drawing office, and technical understanding is still at the core of our way of working. This means that we speak the “same language” as both engineers, designers, and project personnel – and that we thoroughly engage with the task before presenting candidates or opportunities.

Everyday life with us is characterized by close dialogue, integrity, and a high degree of responsibility. We are a small team where collaboration and professional sparring are significant, and where you have the opportunity to influence processes and create results together with colleagues, clients, and candidates.
