Børnehuset i MI Tasiilaq

In the Children's House in MI Tasiilaq, we work to create safe environments for children and young people who have been exposed to violence and/or abuse – and for their parents or foster families. Here, you will find a workplace where professionalism, calm, and care go hand in hand, and where we strive every day to ensure that the child is seen, heard, and helped forward.

Our everyday life is interdisciplinary and closely coordinated. We collaborate with both the healthcare system and the police, and we plan and implement processes that can clarify the child's needs and point to the right intervention. This means that you, as an employee, will have an important role in a collaboration where we lift together and focus on ensuring that the help is cohesive all around the child.

As a colleague with us, you will become part of a smaller team where there is room for sparring, reflection, and development. The tasks can be complex, but you are not alone – we prioritize a good collaborative climate, clear coordination, and a proper introduction so that you can settle well into both the tasks and in Tasiilaq.
