Terminal Worker

Blue Water Greenland is looking for an experienced and reliable terminal worker to join our team in Nuuk.

As a terminal worker, you will become part of our daily operations, working with freight handling, container unloading, and terminal activities. We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical role and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers
• Receiving and dispatching cargo
• Operating terminal equipment and machinery
• Ensuring safe and efficient terminal operations
• General terminal and warehouse duties
• Assisting with ad hoc operational tasks when needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience working in terminal operations
• Has solid experience with container unloading and freight handling
• Is comfortable working in a busy and dynamic operational environment
• Is reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has a flexible and positive attitude
• Holds a forklift certificate and has experience operating forklifts
• Has basic English skills, as some of our systems and procedures are in English
