Inulerivik – The National Therapy and Counseling Center is seeking a professionally strong and committed operations consultant who can act as a link between the center's departments. About Inulerivik
Inulerivik offers psychological and therapeutic treatment options for children, adolescents, and adults in mental distress. Additionally, the center provides specialized programs for adults who commit violence or have sexually abusive behavior or thoughts towards children and adolescents.
The center collaborates closely with municipal social workers throughout Greenland and plays a central role in the national treatment and prevention efforts.
About the position
We are looking for a highly service-minded colleague with solid administrative skills, where quick and efficient task resolution is crucial for Inulerivik's operations.
You must be able to work independently and proactively, as well as be willing to take on both large and small tasks that support the center's employees and contribute to solving everyday challenges across departments.

Your tasks will include:

Handle secretarial tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Be the center's front person and receive and assist citizens with inquiries.

Ensure a systematic and clear archive, both physical and digital.

Manage client contact and support good communication between the center and its users.

Handle administrative tasks, including planning meetings and events.

Contribute to a positive and safe working environment for both citizens and employees.

Guided management and employees in daily issues and contact with external partners.

Update absence overviews, phone lists, and distribution lists

Order inventory, IT equipment, and other goods for daily operations, as well as maintain inventory lists.

Scan and register receipts

Ensure that the buildings in Inulerivik are serviced by the right suppliers, so that the workplace is functional, clean, and meets the needs of the departments.

Contribute to facility management, including the development of cleaning plans, quality assurance, and follow-up on cleaning standards.

Post invoices in IRIS

Prepare the basis for hourly and monthly wages

Solve other ad hoc tasks

Has a relevant education as well as good oral and written skills in both Greenlandic and Danish.

Is service-minded, independent, conscientious, helpful, and reliable.

Has good IT skills and can work in documentation systems, online ordering and booking systems, as well as handle meeting invitations and housing and moving requests.
