Air BP A/S Kangerlussuaq is seeking a driver/mechanic for fueling aircraft and maintaining equipment. Training will last 1-3 months. A valid truck driver's license category C is required. Knowledge of aircraft fueling and a mechanical background is an advantage. Service-minded and cooperative with good English skills.
Acceptance as soon as possible or by further agreement.
Main tasks:
Refueling of aircraft, the employee will participate in a shift arrangement with the other staff. Transport and storage of aviation fuel, gasoline, and diesel. (The training will last 1-3 months.)
Maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
Valid Danish or Greenlandic driver's license for truck category C
Knowledge of aircraft refueling is an advantage but not a requirement, as training will take place.
In connection with the maintenance of installations and materials, a craftsmanship or mechanical background will be an advantage.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations
Good knowledge of spoken English
Service-minded and cooperative, as well as independent in daily work.
